Aluminum strip for transformer

Dry-type transformer generally uses 1060 aluminum strip, whose aluminum content reaches more than 99.6%, also known as pure aluminum alloy strip, which fully meets the conventional machining requirements (stamping and drawing).

Aluminum strip for bottle cap

Aluminum bottle caps are mostly processed on a production line with a high degree of automation, so the strength, elongation and dimensional deviation of the material are strictly required, otherwise cracks or creases will occur during deep drawing. The transparent medicinal bottle cap is usually made of 1060 aluminum strip and anodized before.

Anodized Aluminum Sheet

It is to place the aluminum strip sheet in the corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as an anode, and conduct electrolysis under specific conditions and the action of an applied current.

A thin layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface with a thickness of 5-20 microns, and the hard anodized film can reach 60-200 microns. The anodized aluminum strip improves its hardness and wear resistance, up to 250-500 kg/mm2. Generally speaking, the oxidation effect decreases in the following order: 1 series >5 series >6 series >3 series >2 series >7series, commonly used alloys are 1060, 5052, 6061, 6063, etc.

Polished aluminium strip

It refers to the aluminum strip that is processed by rolling, grinding and other methods to make the surface of the aluminum strip show a mirror effect. The surface of mirror aluminum sheet is as smooth as a mirror, which is widely used in lighting reflection, decoration, hardware signs and other industries. The main alloys are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3104, 3105, 5182,etc.
