1060 3003 Aluminum Nose Bridge Strips

The role of a nose bridge strip is not to fix the mask on the nose, but to seal the sides of the nose bridge to prevent unfiltered air from being directly inhaled into the human body and causing virus infection. Therefore, modern masks are indispensable for mask nose strips.

The nose strips of masks are not chosen randomly. Different masks use different nose strips. For example, it is recommended to choose plastic nose trips or single-core nose strip for the ordinary disposable masks and choose aluminum nose bridge strip for the medical masks.

3003 Aluminum Strip

3003-H24 aluminum annealing process: the temperature in the annealing furnace is raised to about 390-430, and the temperature is maintained for about 12 hours, and then the temperature in the furnace is lowered to below 300 degrees in steps of 30-50 degrees. It is left to cool and uncoil.

3003-H14 aluminum annealing process: the temperature in the annealing furnace is raised to about 390-430, and the temperature is maintained for about 11 hours. The temperature in the furnace is lowered to below 300 degrees in steps of 30-50 degrees.

3003-H18 aluminum annealing process: It is processed into the finished product by the cold rolling mill.

3003-O aluminum annealing process: the temperature in the annealing furnace is raised to about 390-430, and the temperature is maintained for about 20 hours. The temperature in the furnace is lowered to below 300 degrees in the steps of 30-50 degrees.

1060 Aluminum Strip

The tensile strength of 1060 aluminum strip is 70, elongation is 30 and electrical resistivity is 0.028. 1060 H24 aluminum strip is harder than 1060-O aluminum strip.

1060-O aluminum strip is an annealed aluminum strip with relatively low hardness and good machinability and ductility. However, during processing, care should be taken to avoid excessive deformation and excessive stretching, otherwise the performance and service life of the aluminum strip will be affected. Aluminium strip 0.5 mm is a popular choice for making the mask nose strip.
