The raw materials of aluminum strip are pure aluminium or aluminium alloy Cast-rolled aluminium coil and hot-rolled aluminium coil. The aluminum sheet coil with different thickness and width is rolled by cold rolling mill, and then the aluminum strip stock with different width is sliced longitudinally by longitudinal shear according to its use.

According to the alloy elements contained in the aluminium strip, the aluminum strip and aluminum plate are also divided into 8 series. However, the current series are 1000 3000 5000 and 8000 series.

The aluminum alloy grades commonly used for aluminium strip are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011, etc. The common state is O state and H state. O is a soft state, and H is a hard state. After O and H, you can use numbers to indicate the degree of hardness and the degree of annealing.

According to the annealing state of aluminum profile for led strip lighting, aluminum strip can be divided into fully soft (o state) semi hard (H24) full hard (h18). At present, the most commonly used should belong to the whole soft series, because the O state is easier to stretch and bend.

The main uses of 1mm 2mm 3mm aluminum strips are: Transformer aluminum strip (transformer aluminum foil), aluminum strip for high frequency welding hollow aluminum strip, aluminum strip for fin radiator, aluminum strip for cable, aluminum strip for stamping, aluminium channel for led strip lighting and so on.
