White Aluminum Strip Coil for Channel Letter
The white aluminium strip is the deep processed aluminum products whose surface has been coated and colored. Because it has good flatness, corrosion resistance, decoration, and mechanical properties, it is favored by the market. The coating is divided into relatively high-end fluorocarbon color coating and low-end polyester color coating. One of its application is for channel letter. This is the specification.

Usually, the aluminum strip is processed by slitting and s produced according to the width required by the order, and processed into coils of any width by a slitting machine. The width tolerance and surface quality can be better guaranteed during the processing. The use of aluminum strip can reduce the amount of aluminum scrap compared with aluminum sheet, so the use of aluminum strips can reduce costs.
Basically, each alloy grade can be processed into aluminum strips, among which the commonly used alloy grades are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011 and so on. Commonly used tempers are O and H.
O means soft state, H means hard state. O and H can be followed by numbers to indicate the degree of softness and hardness, and the degree of annealing. According to the annealing state of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can be divided into fully soft(O temper), semi hard(H24) and fully hard(H18).
Since the particularity of the color coated aluminum strip is mainly reflected in the color aspect, in order to avoid the problem of color difference due to toning, our company carries out the process of proofing, sealing and production for orders. Proofing can be made according to the color card number, such as Ral color card, Pantone color card, or color proofing can be made according to the sample.
The aluminum strip is processed by the aluminum coil into the slitting equipment, so the processing thickness and tolerance of the aluminum strip are closely related to the slitting equipment. Our aluminum strip slitting equipment is all from Germany, which can effectively control the width tolerance. The tolerance of aluminum coil for channel letter is controlled within 0.05mm.
