Aluminum Strip Series
Haomei aluminum strips covers 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 6000 and 7000 series. The main alloy grades are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 2024, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 5056, 5083, 6061, 6063,7075,etc. The common tempers are O and H tempers. As for surface treatment, there are two types: mill polish and color coated.
1070 Aluminum Strip Properties
1070 aluminum strip has some features such as high plasticity, anti-corrosion, electrical conductivity and good thermal conductivity, but low strength. And the machinability is not good without heat treatment. It can be used for gas welding, argon arc welding and spot welding.
1070 aluminum is used for processing parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high strength, such as chemical products, food industry devices and storage containers, thin plate processing parts, deep drawing or spinning cookware, heat exchangers, printed boards, nameplates, reflectors, transformers, fin radiators, window spacer,etc.

Top Applications
Cookware：Because of its low density, light weight, smooth surface, good extensibility and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, it is mainly used in various kitchen utensils, cooking utensils and containers like non-stick pans, pressure cookers, pots,etc.
Transformer: Dry-type transformer aluminum strip is a special-purpose aluminum stripproduced for transformers. It uses high-purity aluminum substrates with an aluminum content of more than 99.60% and is an aluminum deep-processing product formed by slitting and processing aluminum coils. The thickness tolerance of our 1070 aluminum strip can be controlled within 0.02mm.
Fin Stock: 1070 aluminum strips are mainly used for fin radiator. Because aluminum strips have good electrical conductivity, only second to copper, it is used instead of copper strips as finned radiators in the world. As a common material for finned radiators, it achieves the purpose of enhancing heat transfer by adding fins to ordinary base tubes.
Chemical Equipment: 1070 has excellent forming processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and conductivity, so it is widely used or chemical equipment.
Window spacer: Aluminum strip for window spacer is to support two or more pieces of glass, so that a dry gas space is formed between the glass layers. It is is a new type of building material that is excellent in heat insulation, sound insulation and beautiful appearance. After the surface is treated, it will not oxidize, corrode, and have no effect on the desiccant, effectively eliminating the phenomenon of atomization.
Packaging and Delivery of Aluminum Flat Strip
Haomei 1070 Aluminum strip products meet the export standard. Plastic film and brown paper can be covered at customers’ need. What’s more, wooden case or wooden pallet is adopted to protect products from damage during the delivery. There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience. Generally speaking, there are 2 tons in one package, and loading 18-22 tons in 1×20′ container, and 20-24 tons in 1×40′ container.
Processing Technology
The main processing equipment of the aluminum strip is the slitting unit, which can be divided into the required length and width according to the needs. Usually the aluminum strip for sale is cut according to the actual width of the user, which can reduce waste and processing procedures (no cutting), and save raw material costs.
The raw material of pure aluminum strip is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast-rolled aluminum coil, hot-rolled aluminum coil, which is rolled into thin aluminum coils of different thickness and width by cold rolling mill. Haomei Aluminum has a number of aluminum strip slitting production lines, which can slit aluminum strips according to the width required by users.
For products with high surface requirements, film can be applied during the cutting process to avoid scratches. The cutting accuracy of the aluminum strip can be controlled within 0.05mm, and the inner diameter and outer diameter can be processed according to user requirements.
