What is 1100 aluminum strip

Aluminum alloy 1100 is a kind of industrial pure aluminum. Its aluminum content is 99.00%, and it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. 1100 aluminum strip has high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density, good plasticity and low strength. After anodizing, the corrosion resistance can be further improved, and a beautiful surface can be obtained at the same time.

Its different names: Japan: Al100/Al00 (JIS); European standard: EN AW 1100 (EN); France: A45; Canada 990C (CSA); America: 1100 (AA). Its common tempers are H24, H14 and O. The width tolerance of 1100 aluminum strip is within 0.1mm, which is generally negative tolerance. There are many uses of aluminum strip, such as aluminum-plastic composite pipe, cable, optical cable, transformer, heater, shutter and so on.

1100 aluminum strips are generally used in utensils, heat sinks, bottle caps, circuit board, building materials, heat exchanger components, and can also be used as deep drawn products.
