anodised aluminium strip

Anodized aluminum strips are a deep-processed product of aluminium formed by cutting aluminium coil. It is an important raw material in industry.

According to the different alloying elements contained in the aluminium strip, the aluminium strip and the aluminium sheet are also divided into eight series. However, the most commonly used series are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 8000 series.
According to the different annealing state of the aluminium strip, the aluminium strip can be divided into full soft (o) semi-hard (H24) full hard (h18). At present, the most commonly used should belong to the full soft series, because the O state is easier to stretch and bend.
The main processing equipment of aluminium strip is the slicing unit, which can be divided into the required length and width according to the need. Of course, the strip processing equipment is universal, but also for copper aluminum coil processing, the products processed are called copper aluminum strips.
At present, the raw materials of electronic products are no longer relying solely on copper strip. Because the conductivity of aluminium is only lower than that of copper, the replacement of copper strip by aluminium strip is becoming a popular trend in the world.

Hot rolling& Cold rolling aluminum strip
Rolling aluminium and its alloys is one of the principle ways of converting cast aluminium slab from the smelters and wrought re-melts into a usable industrial form.
By hot rolling, it is possible to reduce a slab of about 600 mm thickness down to plate material with thicknesses of 6 – 250 mm and further down as low as 2 mm for subsequent cold rolling to sheet with thicknesses as low as 0.2 mm.
Application of anodised aluminium strip:
1) Kitchenware, food and chemical products processing and storage devices;
2) Aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipe, rivets, wire;
3) Cans cover, car body panels, steering plates, stiffeners, brackets and other components;
4) Manufacturing trucks, tower building, ship, train, furniture, machinery parts,
precision machining with the tubes, rods, shaped, sheet metal.
