8011 Aluminum Fin Coil

The use of aluminum foil in air conditioners is mainly to make heat-conducting fins for air conditioner heat exchangers. The current alloys of aluminum fin stock include 3102, 1060 and 8011 aluminum foil,etc. The commonly used tempers are H22/H24/H26, and the thickness range is 0.08~0.2mm.

Air conditioning foil is a special material for manufacturing heat exchanger fins for air conditioners. The air conditioning foil used in the early days was plain foil. In order to improve the surface properties of the plain foil, an anti-corrosive inorganic coating and a hydrophilic organic coating are applied before forming to form a hydrophilic foil, which is widely used in household and industrial air conditioners, refrigerators, automobile air conditioners and other refrigeration equipment.

Since aluminum foil coated with a hydrophilic coating has a different affinity for water than ordinary aluminum foil, the heat exchange performance is also different. The surface of hydrophilic aluminum foil has a strong affinity for water. The condensed water spreads quickly on the fins and is not easy to form a "water bridge". Therefore, the ventilation effect is good when the air conditioner is running, so the hydrophilic aluminum foil has better performance.

The coated aluminum foil is used as a fin heat exchanger. There are generally two types: one is normal hydrophilic aluminum foil (blue), and the other is corrosion-resistant hydrophilic aluminum foil (gold). Normal hydrophilic aluminum foil is coated blue. This blue hydrophilic aluminum foil is generally used in the production of small heat exchangers in daily environments. High corrosion resistance hydrophilic aluminum foil coated with gold color is an excellent solution for corrosion resistance.

8011 aluminum fin coil is used to punch radiator fins of air conditioners. The radiator fins can be formed in various forming methods such as stretch forming and thinning stretch forming. After many years of research and development at home and abroad, the hot rolling method is generally preferred for the production of aluminum foil for stamping products.
